Apart from using InDesign for what it was designed to do, I also use it as a word processor (and some other things as well). But since it wasn't designed as a word processor, it won't add a page automatically when you reach the end of the last page you're typing on. Instead, you have to add a page manually, draw a text frame on that page and link that frame to the frame which you last typed in. All very tedious. The script lets you add a page more conveniently.
Just run the script. It has no interface.
